Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager in Bellevue, WA

My client, an Eastside independent insurance brokerage, is looking for a new Personal Lines team player to take over an existing book of clients. The job will be a combination of service and upselling. The position will be in-house with very little out of office travel needed. The office is paperless, uses AMS 360, and is quick paced. This is a W2, salaried role with additional future commission opportunities after your 1st year of employment. Experience wanted includes knowledge of independent markets, strong technical skills, at least 1-two years of personal lines account management in a retail brokerage, and the expertise to upsell/round out accounts and follow up on marketing initiatives.
