RN or MA FLOAT In our multi-specialty group a Float has the opportunity to benefit from working in a variety of specialties including pulmonary and sleep medicine, primary care, otolaryngology, general surgery and gastroenterology. Assignments are based upon both the scheduled and unscheduled absences of staff in these departments. This is not an on-call position;the Float role is full time, 40 hours per week. Two+ years of background working in an outpatient setting is necessary. as is background administering vaccines and managing patient telephone calls. Applicants must be well-versed in medical terminology and pharmacology. We utilize a paper and electronic system medical records system. We require strong verbal and written correspondence abilities as well as compassion and dedication to our patients. This is a full time position Monday through Friday, 8
